The goal of some companies is to earn a profit for the founders or the stock holders.  While other people build enterprises that solve economic, social or environmental problems – known as social enterprises.  They create sustainable businesses that generate revenues to cover costs while also making a difference to people or our planet.  Grace & Flavor, a coffee shop opening in Springdale, Arkansas will train and employ neurodiverse adults.  The business is a part of Spectrum Living Solutions (rebranding as Supporting Lifelong Success) founded by Ashton and Betts McCombs to build a community where neurodiverse adults can flourish and interact meaningfully with the broader community and find their path to self-actualization.  Soon you can plan a lunch date and help build community while sipping your coffee.
