What does achievement, excellence and attitiude have to do with Al Bell’s move to NWA?  NWA has culture, musuems, arts, craft beer, great food and a growing music scene.  

Al Bell is a GRAMMY Trustee with many additional accolades including inductions in the Memphis Hall of Fame, Arkansas Business Hall of Fame, the Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame, and Arkansas Entertainers Hall of Fame.  As a Trustee he is a member of an elite group that includes The Beatle, Frank Sinatra, Steve Jobs, and Quncy Jones.  Bell started as a DJ in Little Rock.  In the 1960s and 1970s, this North Little Rock native led Stax Records, a soul music record label based out of Memphis.  They signed greats such as Otis Redding, Isaac Hays and The Staple Singers.  The BBC profiled Bell as “one of the icons of soul music”  Bell became president of Motown Records Group.  Today he is an indepedent in the music industry and maintains an online music website and radio show at AlBellPresents.com.
