For this session, Joe Rollins from the Northwest Arkansas Council, will share skills and knowledge the local businesses want from your students. Rob Kimbel, founder of Kimbel Mechanical Systems will share what he looks for when hiring your students. There are some great opportunities at Kimbel Mechanical. Manny Mejia, a Walton College MBA student, will share how to develop and showcase an impressive resume. Michele Jackson, Siloam Springs teacher, and Dr. Rita Littrell, director of the Moore Center, will share resources for your students.
